We are thrilled to announce that as a result of the efforts we have made and continue to make, the lead time for our lamps has majorly improved! As of today, the lead time for new orders is in the region of ~25 weeks. Due to the continued investment in the business, we are also hoping that this improvement will continue steadily in the latter part of 2023 into 2024.

 

At the beginning of 2022, we were running up to 8 weeks late on some orders and at one point, we were also quoting a lead time of up to 50 weeks.

 

We listened carefully to our customer's feedback and knew we needed to increase our capacity in order to reduce our lead time. Over the past 18 months, we have heavily invested in expanding our manufacturing facility, we continue to hire new staff members and our engineers have built a range of state of the art equipment.
