As a Production Team Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations within your department, ensuring your team consistently meets quality standards and production targets. You will lead, support, and motivate your team, ensuring procedures are followed and equipment is used correctly, while fostering a positive and collaborative working environment. 

First Light Lamps is a global leader in the supply of Xenon and Krypton lamps for the photonics industry, based just outside of Ely, Cambridgeshire. 

As part of our Production team, you will be responsible for carrying out daily duties as required by the business to meet production targets which could include using small lathes, small gas torches, brazing, polishing and cleaning components.
